Pittsburgh, August 31, 2015 – Select International, a global provider of employee assessments and hiring solutions, has been awarded 1st place in the 2015 Top Workplaces small business category by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
The Top Workplaces program is an annual award competition that ranks companies based on the opinions of the people who work there. Conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and engagement, the program asks employees to confidentially rate their employers on a wide range of attributes, including pay and benefits, opportunities for advancement, flexibility of schedules, and other key aspects.
“At Select International, we focus on creating a culture built on the work hard, play hard mantra,” Select International’s CEO Doug Wolf said. “We help our clients select and retain top talent and we do the same internally by creating a positive and fun work environment for our employees.”
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette held the awards breakfast on August 26 at the Fairmont.
