174284055Culture is one of the most important parts of having a great company that people want to work for. A common misconception is that employee assessments don’t take company culture into account. This, however, isn’t the case at all. Well-designed assessments absolutely can take a company’s unique culture into account when evaluating potential employees. We recently discussed culture and employee assessments in a webinar with Sears Holding Corporation.
