Nicole Tucker
is the Director of Scoring and Analytics at PSI Services LLC, which includes a data forensics team specializing in the development of methodologies for routine surveillance and targeted investigations of potential test fraud incidents. Nicole has over 14 years of experience in the development of certification and licensure exams including Item Response Theory (IRT) calibrations and pre-equating, Classical Test Theory (CTT), job analyses, content development, and analysis of test results. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University and her Master’s degree in Statistics, Measurement and Assessment, and Research Technology (SMART) from the University of Pennsylvania.
