Key placements in Marketing and Technology
Pittsburgh, March 25, 2014 - Select International recently appointed two new department directors at the company. Kristin Paxton was promoted to Director of Marketing, and Chris Policicchio was appointed to Director of Technology and Development.
Kristin Paxton, who previously served as Marketing Manager, has been with Select International’s marketing department for more than eight years. In her new role as Director of Marketing, she will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing Select International’s marketing strategies and communications, as well as management of online initiatives and overseeing the department. Kristin received her B.A. in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Chris Policicchio is serving as the company’s Director of Technology and Development. Prior to joining Select International, Chris worked for Vocollect, Trustwave and Bentley Systems in a variety of expanding leadership roles. In his new role, Chris will be responsible for leading the processes and teams that implement the technology behind Select International’s employee selection and development systems. Chris graduated from Saint Vincent College with a B.A. in Mathematics and the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He also holds a M.S. in Information Technology specializing in Information Technology Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
